Observing the great advancement and development of livestock farming in the State of Rondônia and the need for inspected meat, the company FRIGON -Irmãos Gonçalves Comércio e Indústria Ltda. built a meatpacking plant located on the banks of the BR-364 highway, in the municipality of Jaru. Its activities began in December 1999, with the aim of serving the domestic market.
